PUMPKIN PIE CAKE
1. One can (29 oz.) pumpkin
2. 4 eggs
3. 1 tall can evaporated milk
4. 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
5. 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6. 1 pkg yellow cake mix (18 oz) (no pudding added)
7. 1 cup margarine, melted
8. 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans best)
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat 1,2,3,4,5 together and pour into ungreased 13x9 pan.
In separate bowl stir together 6,7,8 and pour over top of other mixture. Bake 1 hour. Leave in oven 10 or 15 minutes after turning oven off.
