STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
4 lg. bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. tomato sauce
Cut off the tops, core and clean out bell peppers; set aside.
Combine ground beef, uncooked rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Mix in 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Stuff ingredients back into bell pepper
and cook peppers in tomato sauce at 350-375 degrees until well done, about an
hour.
