Two-Bean Baked Beans
 
 6 bacon slices, chopped
 1 small onion, chopped
 1 (53-ounce) can pork and beans, undrained
 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
 2/3 cup ketchup
 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
 1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
 Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Sauté onion in hot drippings over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Stir together onion, pork and beans, and next 5 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 13- x -9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
 Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
